All sales made on ROSEIXX are final.
We do not provide refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed successfully.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We only provide exchange for products that are:
• Damaged during delivery
• Defective
• Incorrect product received
No exchange will be provided for:
• Size issues
• Change of mind
• Color preference
• Incorrect order placed by customer
• Minor color difference due to screen/display settings
EXCHANGE REQUEST PROCESS
To request an exchange, customers must:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear unboxing video and product images as proof
• Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging
Without proper proof, exchange requests may be rejected.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Products once sold cannot be returned for refund under any circumstances.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD orders, if available, are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
